Price

Document size does not give an accurate indication of the level of work required for transcription into a suitable format.  We have to see the document in order to give you an accurate quote based on word-count and complexity.  Our prices are competitive.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 5 working days, but smaller items may be despatched sooner.  If you require faster turnaround please do contact us to arrange this.

Payment 

Invoices are sent out once the order is despatched and are payable within 30 days.  We accept cheques or bank transfer/BACS.

Carriage

The charge for postage depends on the type of order.  Small, single items can be sent 'Articles for The Blind' which is free. Medium and large orders are usually sent out via courier. For more information, please contact us.

VAT

Bound items are zero-rated.  Standard rated VAT is applied to unbound or single sheet items. For more information, please contact us.
